INDIANA – SCORE South Central Indiana wins the SCORE National Award and Regional Recognition for the highest volunteer engagement in 2021. SCORE South Central Indiana volunteers help small business owners in South Central Indiana’s 16 counties, and the difference shows.
In 2020, the volunteers of SCORE South Central Indiana assisted 21 new businesses to start and provided a total of 464 small business client mentoring sessions to the communities in its 16 Indiana County coverage areas.
This impact and recognition are determined through SCORE’s annual nationwide engagement survey, conducted by independent professional services surveyor PricewaterhouseCoopers. The survey was taken by volunteers of the chapter as well as the clients served through mentoring and workshops throughout the year.
In 2020, SCORE South Central Indiana also won National recognition for the Small Business Client Engagement survey, one of the highest results in the United States for satisfaction and recommendation of SCORE small business mentoring services.
