LAFAYETTE – Governor Eric J. Holcomb will chair a joint public meeting of the board of directors of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) and the Indiana Economic Development Foundation Inc. at 2 p.m. on Friday, Sept.17, at Subaru of Indiana Automotive (SIA) in Lafayette at the Training and Reception Center (5500 State Road 38 East).
The audit and finance and business development committees of the board of directors of the IEDC will also hold public meetings on Friday at SIA.
- 11:25 a.m. – Audit and finance committee meeting
- 11:30 a.m. – Business development committee meeting
Prior, the business development committee will hold an executive session at 10:30 a.m. at SIA, and the audit and finance committee will hold an executive session at 11 a.m. at SIA. In addition, the board of directors of the IEDC will meet in an executive session at 1 p.m. at SIA. These executive sessions will be held for consideration of confidential pending investment requests made to the state of Indiana by industrial or commercial prospects (confidential proposals in progress), discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute, discussion of records containing trade secrets, and confidential application information as provided in Indiana Code §§ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4) and (7) and Indiana Code §§ 5-14-3-4(a)(4) and (10).
Visitors should park on the north side of the Training and Reception Center and enter through the main entrance.
