The woman told police Fleetwood had taken her nail polish remover and poured it on her head. The couple said they could no longer deal with Fleetwood and wanted him to leave.

While speaking to the couple, Fleetwood exited the home. He was agitated and yelling about not going to jail.

Fleetwood told police he was listening to music and was the one who was threatened. Police told him he would have to leave the home. While police instructed the couple on the process of filing a protective order, Fleetwood walked back to the home, yelling at Officer Hatton. Officer Hatton ordered Fleetwood multiple times to stop yelling.

Fleetwood told the officers he wanted to go to a motel. However, police told him he would not be taken to one because of his behavior. Fleetwood began to yell again and attempted to open the locked door of the police vehicle. Fleetwood then sat on the ground and ignored the officer’s orders. Officer Hatton told Fleetwood to stand up, and they proceeded to handcuff him.

Fleetwood yelled that he would not be comfortable in the back of the patrol car. He was repeatedly told to sit in the car but continued arguing, and he was then placed in the back of the vehicle.

The couple told Officer Hatton and Sgt. Dodds they have found a syringe in a room Fleetwood was staying in.

Fleetwood was then charged with unlawful possession of a syringe.
