BEDFORD— The Lawrence County Commissioners signed a contract with Lochmueller Group on Tuesday morning to provide the highway department with professional engineering consulting services.
Lora Phillippe presented the contract to the commissioners.
Lochmueller Group will provide professional engineering, surveying, planning, environmental, and construction inspection services and state and federal policy guidance on an “as-needed” basis.
Compensation will be due upon completion of each task at an hourly rate.
Highway crews are out mowing and doing chip and seal on county roads in District 2.
