(ORLEANS) - Police in Orleans stopped a vehicle on a traffic violation and found the driver intoxicated.
Thirty-eight-year-old James Qualkenbush, of Mitchell, was initially charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
After discovering he had a prior conviction the charge was changed to a felony. Qualkenbush was taken to the Orange County Jail.
