(UNDATED) - River flooding continues in and around the area and officials from the National Weather Service are saying rivers and streams are still rising.
River cresting will continue through Tuesday with flooding the highest since March of last year.
In Bedford, the east fork of White River will rise about seven feet above flood stage. Forecasters say backwater from Leatherwood Creek will flood "I" Street at the outskirts of Bedford.
In Williams, residents located on low flood plain areas will be affected and the road to Williams bridge may close.
Areas around Ft. Ritner, Lawrenceport, Bono and Buddha will see water rise about 10 feet above flood stage.
