(ORLEANS) - An Orleans man is behind bars after he was spotted weaving on HWY 60 nar Mitchell.
A cell phone call from an alert motorist alerted Mitchell Police that a vehicle traveling at a high rate of speed was crossing the median several times.
The caller said the man was in the right turn lane of HWY 60 and instead turned left onto HWY 37 and headed towards Orleans.
Police were able to catch up with 19-year-old Joseph King and found a legend drug, a Schedule II drug, marijuana under 30 grams and paraphernalia. King was charged with the various drug offenses and taken to the Lawrence County Jail.
