(BEDFORD) - Golden Corral Restaurant in Bedford will be changing in the next few months.
Travis Norman with Foresight Land Surveying of Brownstown was at the Bedford Board of Zoning Appeals meeting last night asking for a variance to build onto the 16th Street side of the restaurant. He says the new addition will add 120 new seats for the restaurant, however, plans are to remove about 100 seats at the entrance to the building and install a new bakery.
Norman says two local contractors have been chosen for the construction. The new addition to Golden Corral should be completed by the fall season.
