(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington police have arrested a woman they say is responsible for two robberies and a previous heist.
Twenty-six-year-old Marianne Owens faces charges including robbery, attempted robbery, resisting law enforcement and false informing.
She's accused of robbing clerks at a convenience store and a gas station within a couple hours of one another and stealing from a movie gallery location three days later.
When she tried to rob the same Village Pantry again, a clerk pushed an alarm button to warn authorities. Police corralled Owens as she fled, despite failed attempts to break out of handcuffs and leg irons.
