(FERDINAND) - A routine traffic stop netted two drugs arrests early this morning.
State Police stopped a vehicle driven by Richard Kellogg, Jr., of Avon, Colorado. Trooper Brian Laroche used his K-9, Justice, to sniff out cocaine, marijuana and drug paraphernalia in the auto.
Kellogg, along with his passenger Sabrina Szeba, of Virginia Beach, Virginia, were escorted to the Dubois County Jail and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
Szeba was additionally charged with operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance.
The Ferdinand Police Department assisted in the arrests.
