(BLOOMINGTON) - Two Kokomo teens were caught by Indiana University Police after they allegedly assaulted a man.
Police stopped and questioned two 17-year-old and 16-year-old teens. The victim then positively identified the two, saying they were the ones video taping the assault.
The victim then reported that the juveniles threw the victim into a group of bushes, however, the victim was not severely injured.
Police say they could smell alcohol on the two teens breaths. Both teens were then charged for battery and illegal consumption. They were also referred to the Monroe County Probation office.
Police later contacted the teens' parents after the incident and will view the tape once a search warrant is issued.
