(BEDFORD) - The White River Humane Society has received a $12,000 dollar grant to increase its number of spay and neuter operations for residents in need of financial assistance.
White River Humane Society Executive Director Melissa Kusturin says this new enhanced program is a great value to pet owners that want to help reduce pet overpopulation and have their pets altered, but cannot afford to do so.
