(BEDFORD) - The Lawrence County 4-H Fair held the Public Fashion Review on Thursday night.
Laura Cessna won in four categories, while Morgan Lambrecht received three ribbons and Betsy Mundy went home with two ribbons.
Tonight the 2007 4-H Fair Queen Contest will be held at the Expo Hall at the fairgrounds. Admission is $2.00 for adults, $1.00 for school aged children.
Saturday morning the livestock and exhibits will be checked-in. Later that afternoon, the Best Cake Contest will be held. Check-in for the cake contest be from 1:00PM to 3:00PM.
The Horse and Pony gaming classes will start at 4:00PM. Hot Air Balloon Rides will be offered from 4:30PM to 6:30PM unless the weather turns sour.
You can join the Sweet Grass Band whom will perform at the Show Arena Saturday night. The Wild West Show with the McKnight Rangers will also have two shows, one at 7:00PM, one at 8:00PM.
Sunday will be filled with the 4-H Horse and Pony Show at 10:00AM. The Dog Show will be held later at 2:00PM.
The Greased Pig Contest will slide in at 6:00PM. The Kiddie Tractor Pull will weigh-in at 6:30PM with the contest at 7:00PM.
The Demolition Derby will be at the track starting at 7:00PM Sunday night. Tickets for the event are $8.00 for adults and $5.00 for children. Sam Arp's Canine demonstration will take place at 8:00PM.
The Carnival Midway will open on Monday with bracelet nights nightly.
