Man's Body Found In White River

(WHEATLAND) - The body of a missing fisherman has been recovered from the west fork of the White River.

54-year-old Terry Barekman of Wheatland was found during dragging operations on the river Tuesday.

Authorities say Barekman left Monday afternoon to go fishing, and when he hadn't returned the following morning his wife contacted police.

Barekman's boat was found about 4 miles south of US 50.

The investigation will continue.
