(BEDFORD) - Bedford police were called to the Wal-Mart Supercenter on John Williams Boulevard after an employee spotted a shopper drinking some milk.
27-year-old Jeremy Gulley, of Heltonville, was seen drinking the milk before paying for it. He then left the store and a Lost Prevention Employee stopped Gulley and discovered Gulley also had two TracFone units, sunglasses and socks on him.
Gulley tried to run during the interrogation, but was detained by other employees.
When police arrive at the scene they indicted Gulley with the theft charge.
