Sheriff's Son Accused Of Six Years Of Arson Fires

(MARTINSVILLE) - A judge will determine the fate of Morgan County Sheriff Robert Garner’s 23-year-old son.

Robert Jake Garner is accused of starting a series of arson fires in the county since 2001.

His attorney has requested a bench trial.
