(MITCHELL) - Two people were injured in a four-vehicle crash near Mitchell.
Three vehicles were on U.S. Hwy 50 West and Connerly Cemetery Road waiting for traffic to clear.
70-year-old Raymond Graber, of Montgomery; came around the curve in his vehicle and ran into the back of Bedford resident, 24-year-old Kelly Seib's vehicle.
That in turn made Seib's vehicle run into the back of the vehicle of 24-year-old Jessica Smith, of Bedford. Smith then ran into the vehicle of 20-year-old Derek Hammond, of French Lick. Seib's auto was sideswiped by Graber's auto and was pushed into a ditch.
Seib complained of neck pain at the scene of the accident. Her passenger, 53-year-old Becky Seib, complained of chest pain.
Witnesses say Graber was apparently going too fast and began sliding sideways just before the accident. Police cited Graber for unsafe speed.
