(BEDFORD) - A domestic dispute resulted in the arrest of a Bedford man.
The Bedford Police Department received a 911 call that became disconnected. Police went to the Lincoln Avenue address of where the call originated.
The wife of 22-year-old Zackary Haley was seen with scratches on her arms and red marks on her body. Her sister, who's home they were in, also showed similar injures.
The wife explained to police that Haley was allegedly trying to pick up his children for visitation and an argument broke out. The sister became involved and she was apparently shoved by Haley. Both women complained of pain but refused medical treatment at the scene.
Haley was charged with criminal trespass, domestic battery with injury in the presence of children less than 16 years old, and interfering with a 911 call.
