(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington man faces battery charges for allegedly striking a 9-year-old passenger on the rural transit bus he was driving.
72-year-old Charles Glass told police he had pulled the bus over several times because the kids were "unruly and loud." The children told police that Glass had slapped one child in the face and struck another 9-year-old child on the back.
Glass was transporting the children for the Boys and Girls Club at the time.
