(MARTINSVILLE) - An Indiana soldier was laid to rest Tuesday.
Staff Sergeant, 23-year-old William Fritsche was killed in action in Afghanistan last month. He was returned home Sunday and his funeral was held in the auditorium at Martinsville High School.
Meanwhile, another funeral is planned today for a fallen Hoosier solider. A funeral mass will take place for Army Spc. Zachariah Gonzalez of Indianapolis, who was killed in action July 31st near Baghdad.
