(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington convenience store manager is thanking the man who returned a bank bag containing more than three-thousand dollars in store deposits after finding it on the side of the road.
Bryan Collier of Martinsville noticed the bag Tuesday and stopped to pick it up. When he saw what was inside, he turned it over to police.
Officers used receipts inside the bag to identify and locate the store manager, Ravi Paul. Paul apparently left the bag on top of his car while talking to his two-year-old son, then drove off to deposit it at the bank.
Paul says hopes to give collier a reward and take him out to dinner.
