Bloomington Woman's Arm Severed By Train Impact

(BLOOMINGTON) - A Bloomington woman is in critical condition after being run over by a train.

The impact severed Candice Goffinet's arm. Monroe county sheriff's deputies say Goffinet was lying on the tracks between the rails.

Family members say they don't know why.
