(BEDFORD) - Officers caught a man looking through the dumpsters outside the Goodwill store early this morning who turned out to allegedly be on drugs.
Bedford police officers say they found 45-year-old Lyle Tucker of Spencer, Indiana poking through the dumpster and bins outside the Goodwill store a little after 4:00AM this morning.
When officers confronted Tucker, they noticed he was intoxicated and say he tried to back away from them while talking. They saw him drop a bag out of his hand that police say contained both marijuana and meth.
Police made the arrest and Tucker stands charged with possession of marijuana under 30 grams, and possession of a schedule 3 substance.
