(WASHINGTON) - An accident in Washington, Indiana was caused by traffic ducking an emergency vehicle, and leaves one woman injured.
52-year-old Susan Ridge of Vincennes was traveling northbound on SR-57 when she saw the lights and sirens of an emergency vehicle, and pulled over to yield.
45-year-old Frederick Kellar, Jr. was behind her, but could not come to a stop in time, and ran his Kenworth tractor-trailer into the rear of Ridge's Mitsubishi.
Ridge complained of pain and was transported by ambulance to Daviess County Hospital. Kellar was uninjured.
