(SEYMOUR) - State police Seymour netted 2 individuals for drug related charges after making a routine traffic stop.
Police stopped 20-year-old Mitchell England on Highway 31 in Seymour for a traffic infraction, but then allegedly smelled combination of burnt marijuana and alcoholic beverages.
That smell led to a further investigation of the vehicle and its occupants.
Ultimately, they arrested England's 15-year-old passenger for public intoxication and being a minor in possession of alcohol, and England for felony charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and possession of a controlled substance, and misdemeanor charges of possessing marijuana and paraphernalia.
