(BEDFORD) - Bedford police are investigating another robbery, this time, an attempted robbery outside the Burger King early this morning.
Bedford police say a 20-year-old man left the Burger King shortly after 1:30 this morning and, as he was trying to enter his vehicle he was approached by 2 men wearing dark clothing and ski masks.
The masked men accosted the man, rifling through his pockets. When they found nothing, they took off running.
Police can't say whether this robbery is linked with the armed robbery at Integra Bank, but they aren't ruling out the possibility due to the similar method of operation.
Bedford police are still asking for anyone with information on either crime to contact the department at 275-3311.
