(JASPER) - Workers removed nearly a hundred dogs from a property in Dubois County after finding what they’re calling a puppy mill.
When the Vanderburgh County Humane Society arrived at the house, just west of Jasper, they found over 170 animals, mainly dogs, scattered and caged in various areas around the property.
Becky Kempf and her husband are the owners. They deny running a puppy mill, but the Humane Society says it found evidence to the contrary.
