(BEDFORD) - Bedford State Senator Brent Steele is looking for a few good men or women…in high school or middle school.
Steele is looking for students who want to serve as a page for the 2008 state legislative session.
The state senator says students who opt to be pages will spend one day at the Statehouse working with their senator.
Pages will get to spend time observing the introduction of bills, listening to debate and delivering messages.
Steele's page spot is open to any middle or high school student in Steele's district, which includes Lawrence and Jackson Counties as well as parts of Monroe, Orange and Washington.
