(SULLIVAN) - A Dugger man is expected to face charges after he allegedly fired a gun at a passenger while driving on State Road 54.
A state trooper found Darell Cunningham's car crashed into a utility pole, and his passenger missing.
Investigators believe Cunningham and William Keller of Linton got in an argument while driving, and Cunningham allegedly fired two shots at him. Keller tried to wrestle the gun away, and Cunningham crashed in the struggle.
The Dugger town marshal found Keller unhurt and walking on old US 41, about 40 minutes after the crash. Keller's been arrested on a public intoxication charge.
Cunningham is hospitalized with head injuries, but police say he's expected to face criminal and traffic charges.
