(BEDFORD) - Bedford police caught possibly one of the most honest criminals in town.
Bedford police say store employees at the Bedford K-Mart called them saying they had a gentleman wandering around the store for around 3 hours and that he was acting suspicious.
When police made contact, they allege he seemed as if he were under the influence of some sort of controlled substance.
They arrested 19-year-old Dustin Warren for public intoxication and, when they asked him if there was anything on his person they needed to know about, he allegedly, voluntarily, pulled out several containers of drugs including marijuana, morphine tabs, a Schedule II controlled substance, Alprazolam, a Schedule III controlled substance more commonly known by the trade name Xanax, and Lortab, a Hydrocodone pill similar to Vicodin.
Warren was taken to Lawrence County jail on charges of public intoxication, possession of marijuana under 30 grams, and possession of a controlled substance.
