(INDIANAPOLIS) - A Lawrence County man convicted of sexual molestation was given an awfully generous new year’s gift, a 108-year reduction in his sentence.
The Indiana Court of Appeals in Indianapolis reduced the 158-year sentence of Ronald McCaslin, who was convicted in 2006 of molesting a then 9-year-old Bedford girl.
Now, going by court documents, McCaslin could be out as early as 2031, instead of his previous early release period of 2085.
