(BEDFORD) - Congressman Steve Buyer’s office has announced more than 700 jobs being offered at the 2008 Hoosier Job Fair at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds, and they say more are to come.
The job fair, sponsored by both Buyer and Bedford State Repsresentative Eric Koch is slated to host around 40 businesses including hospitals in Bedford, and Bloomington, Indiana University and Ivy Tech and major manufacturers like Subaru, Toyota and even Rolls Royce.
The doors open at the Expo Hall at the Lawrence County Fairgrounds two Mondays from now on March 3rd and the fair goes from 10:00am until 5:00pm.
And if your business needs to add a few good people, Buyer says space is free for businesses and they encourage you to visit Buyer's website at www.stevebuyer.house.gov to sign up for space.
