(BLOOMFIELD) - Indiana State Police Bloomington and the Greene County Sheriff’s Department have solved two mysteries at once.
First, they discovered what happened to Forrest Burright of Ellettsville, who disappeared almost 3 years ago, and they discovered who the skeletal remains discovered about 3 weeks ago near Bloomfield are.
State troopers, Greene County and the Anthropology Department at the University of Indianapolis determined the skeletal remains found in a wooded area northeast of Bloomfield were those of Burright, who reportedly frequented the area.
The Indiana Department of Health determined his cause of death to be by heart attack.
