(BLOOMINGTON) - A lawsuit has been filed to force Monroe County to ease overcrowding at the jail in Bloomington.
The ACLU of Indiana says inmates are forced to sleep on the floor of the jail's gymnasium.
Monroe County Sheriff Jim Kennedy says he has reviewed the complaint.
