State Police Jasper say 33-year-old Christopher Stivers was located by a trooper near 6th Street and Quarry Road in Orleans, and after making the stop, the trooper found through records checks that Stivers was listed as a habitual traffic offender for life and was arrested.
His passenger, 24-year-old Krissanna Albertson, also of Salem, was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Washington County for child support and was also taken into custody.
