(BLOOMINGTON) - Bloomington police closed another investigation into a series of bad checks.
Bloomington's Sergeant Jeff Canada tells WBIW News they arrested 27-year-old Randall Terry of Bloomington on charges of prescription drug fraud.
Reports allege terry would write bogus prescriptions and take them to various CVS Pharmacies around Bloomington to have them filled.
What they closed in on yesterday, was that Terry allegedly used fake checks to pay for those scripts. Now, in addition to facing prescription fraud charges, Terry has 15 felony counts of fraud to answer for because of the fake check allegations.
Terry is currently housed in Monroe County jail.
