(VINCENNES) - The Vincennes District of the Indiana Department of Transportation is still advising of roads compromised by flood waters.
INDOT has listed several highways in Lawrence, Martin, Daviess, Pike and Perry Counties as either being closed or advised caution around areas of high water.
In Lawrence and Martin Counties, the stretch of IN-450 from Williams to Shoals is listed as compromised.
In Perry County, IN-66 is compromised from Rocky Point to Tell City to Derby to Sulphur.
In Daviess and Pike Counties, IN-257 from Washington to Otwell is compromised.
However, in Knox and Daviess Counties, IN-358 from Edwardsport to Plainville has been listed as clear.
INDOT reminds drivers it only takes 6 inches of water to stall most cars, and a foot of water can float many vehicles.
