(BEDFORD) - The intersection of IN-37 and US-50 south of Bedford has claimed another accident with injuries.
This time, Lawrence County Sheriff's officers say 52-year-old Robert Dillon Jr was northbound at the IN-37 light, getting ready to turn left onto US-50, and thought he had a green turn arrow.
However, according to the report, Dillon said he couldn't remember for sure if he had it.
Either way, Dillon started to turn through right when 48-year-old Jeffery Evans of Williams was coming through southbound, and clipped the rear of Dillon's truck.
Dillon wasn't injured, however, Evans reported pain to his upper arm and was examined by EMTs.
Evans said he had a green light coming south, and reports say a witness confirmed Evans' story.
