(BLOOMINGTON) - Autopsy reports have come back on a Bloomington man involved in a fatal accident that injured three others last week.
Monroe county Coroner Mike Dennison reports 78-year-old Wilburn Brown passed away prior to the accident of pulmonary disease.
The people in the oncoming SUV which Brown struck say they saw Brown's vehicle strike a bridge guardrail before coming back across the roadway and hitting an SUV head on. Monroe County deputies suspected there was a medical issue in play in the accident when they filed initial reports.
Two people in the oncoming SUV suffered broken bones and the third suffered only minor injuries.
