(BLOOMINGTON) - Presidential candidate and New York Senator Hillary Clinton will be making her first appearance in person in Bloomington Friday afternoon.
The campaign announced Senator Clinton will be hosting a "Solutions for the American Economy" event at the IU Assembly Hall, similar to the one her husband and former president Bill Clinton held here in Bedford.
Hillary is the last of the Clinton clan to show up in B-Town, after Bill and her daughter Chelsea had already arrived earlier in the cycle.
Senator Barack Obama, her opponent in the primary, has already been to Bloomington, but on a more informal level, just stopping to watch the women's Little 500 and making a pit stop at Nick's English Hut.
Doors open at the Assembly Hall at 11:00am, with Senator Clinton expected to arrive around 1:00pm.
