(INDIANAPOLIS) - If showing up is half the battle, Bedford’s State Senator Brent Steele has won that half hands down.
Yesterday, Senator Steele was praised by Senate President Pro Tempore David Long of Fort Wayne for having a 100% attendance record.
According to a release, Steele didn't miss a single vote on bills, amendments, committee reports and procedural motions.
And, though he doesn't have a primary vote to show up for this may, he will have a general election to face this coming November.
This may, Democrats Tony "Big Dog" Van Pelt from Bedford and Matthew Colglazier from Heltonville are squaring off to take on Steele.
