(BEDFORD) - The city of Bedford will have an unplanned interruption in water service today at 2:00pm until 6:00pm.
From a City of Bedford press release:
A fire hydrant has to replaced and no shutoff was located on the line when the distribution department began the project.
The city of Bedford does not plan on a boil order at this time but will update the public as the project progresses.
Those affected by the water shutoff and possible boil order only include: Old Buggy, Cambridge Square, The Pines Apartments, Ridgewood Apartments, Lowes, Car Wash and Fit For Life.
Please contact the Bedford City Utility office at 275-1626 if you have any questions before 4:00pm or after hours at the filtration plant at 275-7173.
