(BEDFORD) - Bedford police arrested a reportedly heavily intoxicated woman from the BRMC emergency room.
Bedford's Assistant Chief Dan Kirk tells WBIW News officers responded to a call for assistance at the BRMC ER due to an unruly patient.
Before all was said and done, that patient, 29-year-old Chrystal Parsley of Springville, would be reported as screaming, yelling, cussing out hospital personnel and police officers, allegedly slamming a restroom door on an officer's foot, and found to be wanted on a burglary related warrant out of Porter County.
Parsley was taken to Lawrence County jail charged with public intoxication, disorderly conduct, battery on a police officer, and will also face music for that Porter County warrant.
