(MILWAUKEE) - Federal prosecutors say there could be an additional 700 victims ranging from food manufacturers to newspapers in a fraud scheme involving an Indiana coupon company.
Eleven men, including workers for International Outsourcing Services based in Bloomington, were charged in March 2007 with 25 counts of wire fraud. Early filings previously listed more than 100 victims.
