(NORFOLK, VA.) - Former Navy SEAL trainee from Bloomington appeared in a Virginia court yesterday, seeking to have his murder conviction overturned.
Dustin turner was convicted of abducting and killing a vacationing Georgia college student 12 years ago.
Another man convicted separately now says he was the only one responsible for the coed's death.
