(SEATTLE, WA) - A pair of choice draft picks by the Seattle Seahawks have earned the northwestern team a family of fans here in the stone city.
According to the Herald-Net in Everett, Washington, when the NFL team drafted fullback Owen Schmitt and long-snapper Tyler Schmitt, they didn't know that would so enthuse the family of Rich and Leslie Schmitt in Bedford, who's son and daughter's name are, respectively, Owen and Tylor, spelled with an "O."
Rich Schmitt here in Bedford told the Herald-Net that, though the family has been long-time Indianapolis Colts fans, they're now on the lookout for new Seattle Seahawks gear.
