(SPENCER) - Bloomington State Troopers recovered more than 400 pot plants and sent an Owen County man to jail from an anonymous tip.
The tipster provided information to state police which resulted in a search warrant for the Bush Road home of 51-year-old Ralph Driscoll.
When officers executed the warrant, they located the marijuana plants as well as other evidence, leading to Driscoll facing felony charges of cultivating, dealing, and possessing marijuana as well as maintaining a common nuisance.
Driscoll was lodged in the Owen County jail as a result.
