(COLUMBUS) - Looters are pillaging Columbus’ flooded neighborhoods in search of anything they can sell as scrap, but residents are fighting back.
At least four people were arrested and charged with theft Tuesday after flood victims accused them of stealing everything from lawn mowers to washers and dryers.
Columbus Police say they are taking a "zero tolerance" approach to looting.
