(EDINBURGH) - Governor Daniels says the state expects to apply for federal disaster aid for this week’s storms by today.
The governor and other state officials toured the storm damage yesterday, including a stop at Camp Atterbury, which was struck by a tornado.
Indiana National Guard General Martin Umbarger says the Army will quickly repair the damage at the camp south of Indianapolis, where troops are trained before being sent to Iraq and Afghanistan.
