(MARTINSVILLE) - Even as rain poured down in Martinsville Friday, Gov. Mitch Daniels proclaimed the state has flooding under control.
Daniels said experts had told him that places affected by the floods would absorb a few more inches of rain.
On Friday, 14 more Indiana counties were declared eligible for federal storm aid. In all, 22 counties have been designated.
